“Andō, a woman who spent many years living in deep retreat from the world.
Andō's poems and other writings are about silence, stillness, the research of inner peace, and human relationship with nature.
Her works show that a journey of self-discovery can be described in just a few words.”
— Marco Alessi.
I’m a woman of few words.
Silence is my life’s work — I’m a contemplative coach, spiritual director, meditation guide, retreat facilitator, writer, and poet.
I spent years living quietly in the forest. There, I learned the Zen of trees, mountains and rivers, and discovered the poetry of the wind.
I have trained with masters of Zen, Tibetan Buddhism, Advaita Vedanta, contemporary nonduality, and Christian mysticism, and have a love of Sufism and Kashmir Shaivism.
My practice is that most ancient art, found at the heart of all these pathways — silence.
Today, I help others to discover themselves through silence, meditation, contemplation and silent prayer.
I can help you.
