QUIET SESSIONS
I would love to work with you.
Grounded in silence, I offer spiritual direction, contemplative coaching, silence coaching, guided meditation and meditation instruction. I also guide individuals and groups on silent retreat. I can guide you.
Consider me as a spiritual friend who will accompany you and listen. One who can guide you in the practices of meditation, contemplation, silent prayer, and retreat. I’ll walk with you through life’s journey, whatever it presents you with.
You may also consider me as a mirror, for I will reflect back to you what you may not be able to see or hear yourself.
Sessions are focused on your needs and intentions. We might meet weekly, fortnightly, monthly, six weekly, or some other schedule that works well for you. We may agree to meet for a fixed period of time, or ongoing.
One to one sessions are usually held online via Zoom or Facetime, but may also be in person, dependent on location.
